We search for a Logistics Coordinator, an important role for the organization. It requires a motivated, detailed orientated person willing to contribute in their primary duties and stepping in to support colleagues as required in a small start up environment.

How you will make an impact:


  • Receipt of goods for product inventory and company general supplies
  • Picking of shipping orders with appropriate final inspection and ensuring correct packing of goods (content, accompanying documents, packing slips)
  • Execution of the parcel shipment (measuring and weighing of the parcels)
  • Incoming goods inspection
  • Inventory management and stock control
  • Assistance with production tasks in the laboratory
  • You report to the General Manager – Boston, USA.

This job might be for you if:

  • Work experience in the warehouse area / basic understanding of logistical processes mandatory
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, motivated individual willing to take on various roles in a growing business
  • Ability to work independently
  • International logistics coordination a plus
  • Successfully completed training as a warehouse specialist (m/f/d) or comparable training desirable, but not mandatory
  • Physical fitness / ability to work under pressure required
  • Craftsmanship and technical understanding
  • Clean and orderly work ethic
  • Ability to work in a team, reliability and good comprehension skills
